Needs Assessment Workshop:

In Year#1, the faculty of the National partner HEIs attended workshops led by the Programme country partners (herein referred to as Technical partners), Maastricht University (herein referred to as UM) and Institute of Development Studies (herein referred to as IDS). The faculty attended four in-person workshops, Workshop# 1 from 26 February to 1 March, 2019 and Workshop#2 from 17 to 21 June, 2019 were both facilitated by UM and focused on Component 1 (PH CB Curriculum) and Component 2 (PH Learning Methodologies). Workshop#3 took place from 21 July to 25 July, 2019 and Workshop# 4 from 4 to 7 November, 2019 were both facilitated by IDS and focused on Component 3 (Faculty Facilitator Development) and Component 4 (Faculty Professional Skills Training).
Workshop # 1
From 26 February to 1 March 2019, the first face-to-face workshop was held in the presence of all the partners and beneficiaries of the project. They were hosted by BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health.
Workshop # 2
From 17 - 21 June 2019, the second face-to-face workshop was held in the presence of all the implementing partners of the project and facilitators from University of Maastricht. They were hosted by the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
Workshop # 3
From 21 July to 25 July 2019, the first face-to-face workshop with technical partner Institute of Development Studies (IDS) was held in the presence of all the partners and beneficiaries of the project. They were hosted at the IDS campus in Sussex, United Kingdom.
Workshop # 4
From 4 to 7 November 2019, the second face-to-face workshop on components 3 and 4 with technical partner Institute of Development Studies (IDS) was held in the presence of all the partners and beneficiaries of the project.
To ensure the content is being reformed based on discussions at the workshop and methodologies are being incorporated, and to ensure quality, virtual remote coaching sessions were set up with UM and IDS facilitators. The UM and IDS facilitators joined the teams via Skype to discuss progress and feedback.Know More

Steering Committee Meeting
The Steering Committee was established in the inception phase of the project. They were tasked with reviewing the quality of all generated deliverables and outputs and governing and ensuring quality of the entire project.Know More
The project management team, with support from the BRAC JPGSPH Finance team, conducted initial financial orientation and workshops with all other 4 partners. Following this,a refresher workshop was conducted mid-year to ensure that there were no confusions or clarifications required.Know More
